Because Fennel is younger than 6 months of age, it is IAR policy that he must be adopted with another kitten or into a household with a young cat (general guideline of 2 years or younger but on a case by case basis).

Meet Fennel, a sweet, silly boy with big kitten energy and absolutely no interest in playing it cool. He's confident, outgoing, and friendly with everyone he meets. Fennel does not believe in awkward introductions. A new person is simply someone who hasn't admired him yet.

He loves to play and throws himself into the fun, but he has an equally affectionate side. Fennel loves attention, happily soaks up affection, and is always ready to cuddle when it's time to recharge. He can bring the party, then curl up with you afterward.
