Phineas is bonded to another cat and would like to be adopted together. Please check his Best Friends section.

Because Phineas is younger than 6 months of age, it is IAR policy that he must be adopted with another kitten or into a household with a young cat (general guideline of 2 years or younger but on a case by case basis).

​If you are looking for a happy, warm-hearted companion, Phineas is your boy! He is a gentle soul with a wonderful, joyful personality.

​The very second you walk into the room, Phineas’s tail shoots straight up in the air to welcome you. He has the kindest, most expressive eyes that perfectly match his sweet and easygoing nature. Phineas should be adopted with his brother (Ferb) and/or sister (Candace).
