PROFILE
Ghost is the sweetest boy you'll ever meet and will surely steal your heart! He is laid back and very well mannered.
We are looking for an adult-only home where one or more people are home a good portion of the day, with a large yard that has a privacy fence that is at least 6 feet tall where he can run and play.*
Ghost adores going for long walks, so we're also looking for an adopter who is active. He does well with other dogs, but is dog selective and seems to be partial toward female dogs. He likely would also be fine as an only dog.
He loves to go for car rides on adventures!
Ghost will not jump up on you. He takes treats very gently and likes to eat while lying down. Ghost is great on a leash, is house-trained and crate-trained, and will go in the crate upon request and sleeps overnight there without a sound.
* Ghost is a Husky mix, and Huskies are known escape artists. So although we don't know if Ghost would climb out or dig out, he would need his person to be in the fenced yard when he is out there.
This gorgeous dog will surely makes some lucky family a wonderful, loving companion!
PHYSICAL
Ghost is white with golden highlights on his ears, neck and down his back. His fluffy white tail often curls over his back.
HEALTH
Ghost is up-to-date on vaccinations, heartworm negative, neutered, and microchipped.
HISTORY
Ghost had been missing for over 3 months. He traveled many miles during that time, then thankfully he was finally caught. However, Ghost's family decided they did not want him back; and he was taken to a rural county animal shelter.
