Hi I'm Pacino from the Sour Patch Kitties.

The kitty trio, Pacino, Cash, and Carrie came to IAR from rough beginnings. They were quite spicy and sour earning them the nickname the Sour Patch kitties. And just like the gummies with time, patience, and love, their sourness has turned to sweet. All three love treats, crunchy and squeeze, catnip and silver vine, laser lights, moving play fish and snakes, toy mice, cardboard, and balls and ice on slick surfaces. They enjoy spending their mornings watching the birds take turns at the feeder and the occasional squirrel visit by the porch window. Pacino even enjoys bird videos, he hears the chirps and comes running, ears and eyes wide open.

While these three have come a long way from hissing and hiding, they are still a work in progress. Since being rescued, Pacino is learning to accept human love. His foster has worked tirelessly with him to help him become the perfect house cat. Pacino is not yet the bold kitty to jump in your lap for a snuggle or even ask for pets, but will arrange himself around you on the couch and purr in the comfort of your presence. He shows his love for you in small ways. Pacino will leave toy gifts on your bed and keep your pillow warm while you are away at work. There is never a dull moment with this trio. From late night hours of collective zoomies, to playing with rubber toys in the tub, to their cute quirkiness like Pacino's four corner dance around your legs in exchange for the wet food in your hand.

Pacino loves to play with his siblings Cash and Carrie, chasing tails, and running up and down the hall with a toy mouse in my mouth. He will come close to his foster when she has a crunchy treat or yummy wet food. He is looking for someone who will be patient with him as he continues to socialize with humans.

Pacino is Cash's comfort buddy and best go together. If possible and all three siblings could stay together, your home will have the best of all kitty worlds 🙂
