Charlotte is an elegant little lady who knows exactly what she likes: sunny windows, bird-watching, soft blankets, gentle neck rubs, and, increasingly, being wherever her person happens to be.

Once an independent gal who preferred a little more personal space, Charlotte has blossomed into a devoted little shadow. She’ll follow you from room to room, curl up on your lap while you watch TV, and happily snooze on your chest or a pillow beside you at night or for naps.

She loves to play and has a habit of sitting with her front paws crossed like a perfectly proper lady. She’s also quite the little conversationalist and will happily chat you up when she decides she could use a little more attention.

Charlotte has a few culinary weaknesses. Pizza, cheese, bread, and chicken are particular favorites. She generally leaves human food alone, but when one of her favorites is involved, temptation can occasionally get the better of her. She has been known to investigate an unattended slice of pizza or go to surprising lengths in pursuit of bread, so you may want to keep those particular treats out of reach!

Charlotte still appreciates having a say in how and when she receives affection, and she’ll let you know what feels good. Give her that respect, and she’ll reward you with something pretty special: the quiet, loyal companionship of a cat who has decided that wherever you are is exactly where she wants to be.
