Meet the sweetest mama. This young girl was the best mom to her 3 kittens and now she’s patiently awaiting her forever home. She’s playful and such a gentle soul. She loves to lounge around the house for the better part of the day but is also down for a play session - especially for a feather wand toy. She is doing phenomenal with her foster’s resident cats. She’s a laid back girl with no mean bones in her body. She likes other cats and gets along great with her fosters young cat and their older 7 year old cat. She would prefer a house without dogs.
FIV Positive – What Does That Mean?
Mama Robin is a sweet, affectionate cat who happens to be FIV positive. FIV is often misunderstood—many FIV-positive cats live long, happy, healthy lives with routine veterinary care. FIV is spread primarily through deep bite wounds, not by sharing food and water bowls, grooming, or cuddling. Many FIV-positive cats can safely live with friendly, non-aggressive FIV-negative cats.
Her FIV status doesn’t define her. Mama Robin is a loving companion who deserves the same chance at a forever home as any other cat!
All IAR cats will be spayed or neutered, microchipped and up to date on vaccines at the time of adoption.
