All About Me

I’m a smallish black lab mix with a cute little white patch on my chest and beautiful brown eyes.

My name is Junie Lyn, and I think life is awesome! I’m a very happy pup who loves big people, little people, and any doggie who wants to play with me. I find that if I look longingly at people, they might give me a treat or a toy to play with. But I also know how to entertain myself when I need to. I’m smart, too. I already know Sit, Down, and Spin. I absolutely love running around, so I'm really enjoying my foster mom's fenced yard! And I (mostly) come in when she whistles or calls my name. (She says I still need to work on this, but, really, can I help it if sometimes there are things in this amazing world that are just way more exciting than coming inside?)

I’m well behaved in the house. OK, sure, I admit that sometimes I play a game with my foster mom and sneak her shoes into my bed. I know I’m not supposed to, but hey, remember I am still a puppy. I’m good in a crate if I have to be in one. But as I know not to go potty in the house, and I respect gate boundaries, I'd much rather be in a room when hoomans have to leave me.

To sum up, I’d say that I’m a happy, fun-loving, well-mannered, adorable pup who is looking for a wonderful, loving family to experience life with.
