All About Me

Zeta has beautiful brindle coloring with spots of white. She has adorably perky ears that tell you exactly how she's feeling and a cute Boxer underbite.

Zeta is a sweetheart. She loves people and seems to prefer snuggles and pets to food! She likes meeting new people and other dogs. Zeta is curious and so funny! She will wrap her front paws around your arm when you're holding her. She likes to wiggle around on her back and get her belly rubbed. She chases my older puppy around fearlessly, tackling her with great gusto (and Lucy outweighs her by 25 pounds). <p>Zeta has learned how to jump on the couch: At first she couldn't because her hind leg wasn't strong enough (see Health section), so she'd have to wait to be picked up. But now her leg is doing better because of all the exercise she's getting, plus she's figured out how to compensate. Currently, she's working on perfecting her puppy head tilt!

Health

Zeta has been checked out by our vet, and she is in great health! She is up-to-date on vaccinations, microchipped, heartworm negative, and spayed. She favors her left hind leg from an old, now healed, fracture; but it certainly doesn't slow her down around the house! And the vet said that as it doesn't involve a joint, it likely won't lead to arthritis.

History

Zeta came in to IAR as a stray.
