Pup Pup is a petite cutie with a short-haired cream-colored coat, subtle tans spots on her ears and rump, and freckles on her back. She is athletic and light on her feet.
Pup Pup is a sweet, happy, and loving girl. When she arrived in her foster home she was reserved and wary. She is now coming out of her shell, gaining confidence and really showing her upbeat personality. Pup Pup likes trotting around with her chew toys and hiding them outside. She enjoys a walk, trotting right along at a perfect pace. She's very smart, eager to please, and always greets you with a happy tail wagging. Like many small dogs, she's protective of her caretaker, making sure other dogs (bigger ones especially) keep a safe distance. Pup Pup is microchipped and spayed, heartworm negative, and up-to-date on her vaccinations.
Pup Pup was brought into IAR because her caretaker moved into an assisted living facility.
IAR subsidizes post-adoption professional training with Jane Marshall (www.cheerydogs.com) to encourage a life-long and successful bond between the dog and the adopter. Group classes for puppies and adult dogs are provided at a substantial discount to IAR adopters.
