Jackson is neutered, heart worm negative, and up to date on all of his vaccines.
Jackson was found as a stray in a nearby county, and was taken to the APS there. The shelter staff adored him, and were so excited to be able to recommend that he be brought into foster care with IAR. Jackson has not always walked confidently, with his head held high. When he first came to his foster home he was extremely shy and submissive. It took many weeks of gentle encouragment to bring confidence to this beautiful boy!
IAR subsidizes post-adoption professional training with Jane Marshall (www.cheerydogs.com) to encourage a life-long and successful bond between the dog and the adopter. Group classes for puppies and adult dogs are provided at a substantial discount to IAR adopters.
