All About Me

Meet Charlie, a giant cuddlebug and the master of headbutts. Charlie also loves belly rubs and people with a calm presence. Charlie does not enjoy loud and sudden noises; he believes hair dryers are a mortal enemy.
Charlie and his mama Anna are "pandemic refugees." During lockdown, the circumstances in their home changed and their owners made the difficult decision to rehome them. A family friend cared for them for many months, but her retirement plans included an overseas move. Since January 2022,Charlie and Anna have been with IAR and finally found a permanent foster in May. Whew, that's a lot of bouncing around!
Charlie needs a quiet, low-stress home with no dogs for his retirement. He can be the only cat in your home, or he can be adopted with his mom Anna as long as it's just the two of them to soak up all your love and attention. Please consider one or both of these sweet seniors as your new family member.

All IAR cats will be spayed or neutered, microchipped and up to date on vaccines at the time of adoption.
