All About Me

PERSONALITY & BEHAVIORS
Joey Kangaroo is a lovely young dog - a perfect combination of fun and sweet. He will reward a patient, kind household with plenty of love and affection. He is shy, so he will be most successful in a home with folks who can go slowly and let him become accustomed to his surroundings at his own pace. Once comfortable, he is super cuddly and playful. Watching him bound around the yard with his youthful enthusiasm is a joy to behold: he is a beautiful runner with a graceful stride and loves chasing a ball. He's also a great "hang around" dog, happy to keep you company while you cook or answer emails.

He's a quiet fellow, doesn't bark, and sleeps in his crate all night without a peep. He is eager to please and takes treats very gently.

Joey would do well in a home with another dog who can show him the ropes (he loves other dogs), and without too much hustle and bustle. We don't know how he is around cats.

Joey is crate-trained, house-trained and walks nicely on a leash.
