Penny is such a MOM, not only to her daughter Penny, but to all living things! Her instincts are to make sure everyone feels safe, loved, and well-protected. She is always cleaning Penny, and any other kitty or human within licking distance - she will request to sniff your fingers before pets just to make sure they are clean enough. She loves to observe what is going on at all times, so she loves a good window perch or a comfy spot in the middle of a room. Her protection mode kicks in when she alerts you to any potential danger outside with a low warning growl - like a delivery person, a mysterious car, or just a tv doorbell. Don't worry, she knows the sound of her humans and will also greet you right at the front door with a goofy gummy smile expecting head scritches for protecting your home while you were out!

Momma Penny and Petal are looking for an experienced cat-owner who recognizes their full love potential. Unfortunately, they are a pair that does not "show well because they do get shy and nervous when initially getting to know other people and pets. While it may take some time for them to "warm up, they thrive after some initial patience and truly crave love, comfort, and attention from their humans. Gaining their trust is extremely rewarding, just keep the treats coming - both are highly food motivated!
