Bija is all at once cuddly rag-doll kitty and spunky fighter. When held, he goes limp and becomes completely pliable in our arms. Bija loves food just a little too much and will need his forever family to create healthy boundaries around eating all day long. Whereas his sister is the gentle, calm presence, Bija is the mischievous spunky kitty and together they make a perfect pair for an active household.
As all kittens do, Bija loves to wrestle with his sister Bravery. She is happy to oblige, but he knows now that her squeals make the humans come running. He quickly changes his sharp little kitten bites to gentle licks, and this is a unique feature in their relationship. Bija is mischievous, but he listens! More than other foster kittens we've had, Bija wants to please his family and is conscious of our voices and presence.
These kittens are quite tolerant of small children, small dogs, and an active household. They are happy to sleep on our bed in a ray of sun all day and busy themselves with each other, but when we are home they very much revolve around the area we are in. Folding laundry, cooking, cleaning, playing games or crafting, both Bija and Brave will be nearby and engaged with you. They are not hiders or sensitive to noises, people, or other animals. They prefer to be right in the mix! The perfect forever family for them will be an active household, willing to interact with them and include them in their day to day lives.
