All About Me

Petunia is bonded to another cat and would like to be adopted together. Please check her Best Friends section.

Because Petunia is younger than 6 months of age, it is IAR policy that she must be adopted with another kitten or into a household with a young cat (general guideline of 2 years or younger but on a case by case basis).

Petunia is an adorable all black, silky furred girl with a tiny spot of white on her chest. She also has tiny flecks of white on her back. She has big bright eyes and a calm, sweet disposition. She has a strong purr that grows louder with each stroke down her back. She is happy to be held when you have a minky blanket on your lap where she will kneed biscuits. She is also content to sit next to you for long petting sessions. Petunia is very playful and tries her hardest to jump up and catch any string toy in her path. She is petite but mighty! She loves to romp around with her brother Petey, and when they grow tired they will curl up together for a snooze. Petunia would like to be adopted with her brother Petey as they are well bonded. She is friendly with her foster family, including the young children in her foster home. She loves to run and play, especially with pom pom balls, which she will try to carry around in her mouth and bat around and chase after. Petunia and Petey would make great companions and are a perfect mix of playful and sweet!

All IAR cats will be spayed or neutered, microchipped and up to date on vaccines at the time of adoption.
