All About Me

Sammy Boo has beautiful white and apricot curly, soft fur, and is a Bichon/Cavalier King Charles Spaniel mix. He is thus hypoallergenic. Sammy Boo has big black round eyes and a black nose. He will need regular professional grooming (about every 4 weeks), as his coat grows very fast.

A sweet, cuddly fellow, Sammy Boo loves hanging out with his foster family. He would do best with someone who is home a lot during the day because he is very people-oriented; and, like many seniors, he would not be appropriate for young children. Sammy Boo is good and easygoing with the resident cat and senior small dog.

Sammy Boo is fun-loving and loves to give kisses and being petted. He doesn't bark much in the house and is house-trained. He belies his age and has a lot of exuberance and has been taking 2-mile evening walks--with energy to spare!

Sammy Boo grew up with Missy Girl before coming into IAR--see them playing chase in the video!

Sammy Boo is up-to-date with vaccinations, microchipped, neutered, and heartworm negative. He is on a slimming regimen.

Sammy Boo and Missy Girl's owner could no longer care for them.
