Levi is a handsome, black and white, short haired young adult male with large golden eyes. He is a very agile and active "tripawd", a left rear leg amputee with an endearing hop when he walks.
Levi is a great cat with a lovable and playful personality. He is an active and fun loving boy who loves to bat around mice and wand toys. You will usually find Levi on one of the perches on the screened in porch where he can safely watch the squirrels, bunnies, birds and deer. He headbutts your hand while you are petting his head, neck and chin and meows to let you know when he is hungry or wants attention. Levi has an endearing hop when he walks and he gets along on three legs without a hitch. He loves his humans and gets along with the cats in the house. Levi will be a wonderful companion, a joy to have in your home and is always ready to make you smile. He will probably do best in a relatively quiet household.

Levi was living behind a very busy shopping center. He showed up for breakfast one morning hobbling on his left rear leg. IAR came to the rescue and took him to the vet where X-rays showed that he had a complex, compound fracture (most likely from being hit by a car) and his leg had to be amputated. He had surgery in April of 2019 and he has been living healthy and happy in foster care ever since.
