Ramsey is a spunky girl with a cuddly side to her. She is very playful with her foster canine buddy and is very tolerant of small children snuggling with her and carrying her around. Ramsey would do well in any type of household! <p> Ramsey has an eye condition called eyelid agenesis. Eyelid agenesis is lack of complete formation of the eyelids. It involves the outside aspect of the upper eyelids. The main issue is facial hairs touching the eye. Ramsey will have surgery to freeze the hairs on her eyelids when she is around 4 months old. IAR will take care of the cost of this surgery. She may need lifelong drops or lubrication.
