Phoebe is a gorgeous and unique dark tortoiseshell kitten with splotches and speckles of gold, white paws, white bib and a cute pink nose. There are red and gold highlights in her fur that shimmer in the light.

Phoebe is a delightful and friendly kitten who loves to play and snuggle. She is outgoing and adjusted quickly to her foster home. When people visit she is curious to meet them, climb on their lap, purr and invite them to play. She is currently being fostered with another IAR adoptable kitten, Kiwi, and they have a great time wrestling, playing with toys, and racing up and down the cat tower. After playtime Phoebe is a cuddle bug and very affectionate.
