Rowan is a big gentle boy! He's craving for love. He will crawl into his foster mother's lap to give free purrs and enjoy a nice scratch under the chin. Rowan grew up with his sister <a href="https://animalrescue.net/C-16-060" target="_blank">Rory</a>, and the two are inseparable. It's for Rowan's best interest that he and Rory get adopted together.
