Mulligan is a well balanced, affectionate, handsome boy. He gets along with all cats and dogs in the house and in fact really loves to be 'bathed' by the dogs. He is a 'chest cat' not a 'lap cat'. He likes to sleep on his foster mom all night and happily readjusts himself no matter how many times she rolls over during the night. He would love to be adopted with another, cat, like his buddy Brinkley, but would also be OK as an only cat.
