Otis is a happy-go-lucky kitten who purrs as soon as you look at him! He loves everyone and he loves play and adventure! He gets along great with the other cats and dogs at his foster home. He loves to chase a feather, or a wand toy, or his brother Parker. He is an explorer who likes to ride on your shoulder so that he doesn't miss a thing!

He is very bonded with his brother Parker and would love to find a forever home with him. He is sweet and affectionate, has excellent litterbox manners, and has never met a stranger that he didn't like. His nickname is "The Mayor" because he greets everyone who comes to his foster home.
