Ginger is a dark orange (red) tabby kitten, with big gold eyes which light up her little face. She is TINY- quite small for her age and seems likely to be a small adult cat. She is truly adorable.
Good things come in small packages! Ginger is a petite kitten with a gentle and happy disposition, and so much affection to give. She has not stopped purring since she was rescued. Ginger was quite sick and underweight when she came to us, and required several weeks of hand feeding and intense care before she turned around. She still wants that attention, and seems to feel she cannot get close enough to her person- she loves to trade face rubs and nose kisses. She has blossomed into a super- active and healthy kitten, and finds a way to participate in whatever her person is doing- sweeping, cleaning litter box, eating dinner, etc. She is very small, and by following us around, frequently ends up underfoot, so we have to take care not to step on her. She will let herself be distracted by kitten play with her brother Flash, and she loves snuggling with him for a nap, but she is really a person-cat. She is looking for a new family that will value her affectionate nature and desires a kitty companion to form a close bond with. Ginger would love to be adopted with her big brother Flash- he watches over her and follows her everywhere.
Ginger and her brother Flash were rescued from living outdoors where a nice lady feeds the neighborhood kitties.
