Tiberius is very, very friendly. He loves all human contact and rubs against all the kitties in his foster home. He believes everyone should be his friend... and who can blame him?! Although he hasn't been around dogs, he would probably do well with a calm dog. Being partly deaf, he needs to be in a home where everyone, especially young children, understands he startles easily.
