All About Me

Berkeley is a soft and fuzzy gray and white kitten. One of his eyes is surrounded by a gray splotch giving him an impish appearance.

Berkeley is all kitten. He is friendly, people-oriented, playful, energetic, curious and fearless. He is always busy exploring his surroundings and finding new ways to amuse himself. He enjoys carrying all his toys under the bed and climibing the fake tree in his foster home. He even figured out how to get into the fireplace! One day when his foster mother came home, she found an all gray kitten in place of the gray and white kitten she had left that morning. Luckily, Berkeley doesn't mind having a bath. When he tires himself out after a day of play, Berkeley loves to curl up on the bed at night and purr you to sleep.

History

Berkeley arrived all by himself at the Durham Animal Protection Society. His foster family found him there and decided he was too friendly and little to fend for himself. He made the transition from shelter to his foster home with ease. He enjoys playing with the resident adult cats in his foster home. Now that he knows how wonderful it is to have a family and live indoors, he is waiting to join his forever home.
