Gucci is a soft, gray tabby with green eyes which are always wide open with amazement.
Gucci is an exuberant extrovert who is exciting to watch. We have never seen such an acrobatic cat. He can jump 3-4 feet off the ground chasing a toy, do one-and-a-half twists and land on his feet. Even the other foster cats come to watch Gucci perform! If there were Cat Olympics, Gucci would win a gold medal! He just loves to play and can always find something to keep him busy. He invents his own games when the other cats and humans in the house are too tired to keep up with him. Gucci is the natural leader of his cat clowder, but he is so good-natured and nice to the other cats that they are happy to follow his lead.

Gucci and his brother, Jay, were surrendered to the Durham APS when they were 3 months old. They spent a couple of months at the shelter cooped up together in a crate, but remained friendly and outgoing despite their confinement. They quickly became staff favorites and were taken into foster care. Free at last to behave like the active young cats they are, they immediately charmed their foster family. They are now waiting to work their magic with their forever families.
