Physical Description: Darcy is medium-sized with a beautiful silky tan short coat. She has soulful light brown eyes that make you melt when she looks at you.
Personality: Darcy is the sweetest, most loving girl. She is very affectionate and loves attention from humans of all ages but will do better with older children. She loves snuggling, long walks, doggie toys, treats, and cuddling when she naps. She was a bit shy and tentative when she arrived in her foster home, but has become comfortable and confident as she builds trust. Darcy is crate trained and quietly sleeps throughout the day. She is house trained--but crating is recommended if she will be alone for over 4-5 hours. She knows the commands Sit, Stay, Look at me, and Come; but is working on improving her consistency. Since she loves the outdoors, she will be a good hiking or running buddy. Darcy will bring much joy to a loving, caring home.
History: Darcy and her puppies were rescued by a volunteer from a neglect situation.
