Physical Description: Applejack is a sleek, white boy with light brown freckles on his face.
Personality: Sweet Applejack ("AJ")is a cuddle-bunny and happy-go-lucky guy. He is the perfect fit for someone looking for a dog to "relax" with - he's content to wait at home during the day, as long as his "people" come home in the evening and shower him with love. He adores his "regular" people, is a favorite with our neighbors, is potty trained, and great in the house. If you scratch his bum he'll wiggle, and he's thrilled to chase after a ball or play tug. AJ treasures the opportunity to have his head on your lap. He can be reserved when meeting new people, though he warms up quickly. He plays well with other dogs that also love to play (he isn't much for formalities, which older dogs may not appreciate). Our 8-year-old is adored by AJ. AJ is friendly with little ones but oblivious to his size, so isn't a good fit for little people. Applejack aims to please -- he sits, lies down and is working on paw. He can't wait to show complete devotion to his forever family!
History: Applejack was found as a stray and brought into our program when no owner could be found.
