Flex
|

- Animal Name: Flex
- Today’s Date: 1/4/08
- Date of Birth: 06/01/06
- Weight: 60 lbs.
- Breed: Pitt Mix
- Color and Coat/Fur Type: Brindle - Short Hair
- Animal Personality/Temperament: Flex is a very sweet and playful boy. When properly introduced, he loves to play with other dogs. He has never been around cats and has reacted well to the limited exposure he had with children. Due to his history, Flex has issues guarding food and would probably do best in an only dog household. He loves to sit in your lap and snuggle. Flex deserves a happy ending to his life that had a very rocky start!
- Spayed/Neutered: Yes
- Vaccinations: Current
- Animal History: Flex lived all of his life on a chain until we rescued him. He has been bullied and attacked by people and other dogs and at the time he came to live at my house, had a major hemotoma on one of his ears. Two surgeries and months of recuperation later, he is much better and ready to find a family of his own.

- Date of Birth: approx. 2002
- Weight: 50 lbs
- Breed: American Staffordshire Terrier
- Color and Coat/Fur Type: Short brown fur with black on her face
- Animal Personality/Temperament: Jazz is an absolute people lover,
very mild mannered and quiet. She has been through professional
obedience training and is Canine Good Citizen certified. Jazz is
housetrained, crate trained and loves to go on walks. Jazz also loves to nap in the
sun in the backyard, chase squirrels and be near her people. She is
such a wonderful companion and may do well in therapy dog training. Jazz
would do best with older children who appreciate her calm demeanor.
Jazz should not be placed in a home with cats or other small animals.
- Spayed/Neutered: spayed
- Vaccinations: up-to-date and microchipped, she is also heartworm
negative
- Animal History: We have had Jazz for approx. 5 years, before that
she was a stray and we estimate her age between 5 and 6 years old.
There are currently 3 other female dogs in the household that Jazz no
longer gets along with. Jazz needs to be in an only dog home that can
give her the individual love and attention she deserves and she will
return that love ten fold.
