Physical Description: Rocky V is mostly black with a black face mask, brown around his face and paws, and a white chest.
Personality: Rocky V is the best dog ever! Everyone who meets him falls in love with him. He is SO sweet, sweet, sweet. And he is so joyful! Rocky V is rarely without a big smile on his face. Always ready to go for a walk, he even skips with joy, and trots as fast as his little legs will let him! He is fully housetrained; and comes, sits, and stays upon request. Rocky V loves to follow you around the house and then sit by your side. He will happily greet you at the door. A cuddlebug, Rocky V makes a great TV buddy, too.
Rocky V is good with little dogs and has met three cats and showed only curiosity. But he may prefer being the only animal.
We are seeking a home where he is treasured, and allowed to snuggle close on the furniture and in bed (alternately near you, right next to you, and under the covers). He needs someone who will be careful every time an exterior door is opened so that he doesn't slip out, and someone who’d never let him wander off lead, even if only for a moment. He would like at least a small fenced yard where he can dally outside for a bit (he enjoys sunbathing!). And he needs a potty break every 3 hours. Therefore, his adopter needs to either work from home or be retired.
History: Rocky is from a rural shelter.

Health Information: Rocky V is neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations, microchipped, and heartworm negative. He recently had his dental, so his mouth is in terrific shape! His target weight is 10 pounds.
