Physical Description: Piper Longstocking's coat is a rich chestnut brown with lots of white - around her nose, on her chin and chest, and on her legs. She has long white knee socks on her front legs, a long snout, amber eyes, and a pink nose. Her back toes are dipped in white pain, and her ears are so expressive and sweet.
Personality: Piper Longstocking is an absolutely sweetie who loves people, playing with other dogs, her knuckle bones, and belly rubs. She loves snuggling up to you while sitting on the couch and loves being scratched on her jowels and under her chin. She is crate trained, housebroken, great on a leash, and behaves very well around the house. Piper likes to sit on visitors' laps if they'll let her. She is just so sweet, loves giving kisses and still has a lot of fun and adorable puppy energy. She plays great with my dog who is a little older than her and shows her the ropes. I think she would do well with another dog in the house but also by herself as the ruler of her roost getting all the attention, which she totally deserves!!!rnrnShe is doing great with sit and wait and learns really quickly. If my dog wasn't around distracting her, I think she would learn other commands pretty easily.
History: Piper Longstocking came to us from a rural shelter.
