Physical Description: Donnie is a beautiful brindle hound, who may be a purebred Treeing Tennessee Brindle. He is tall, with long legs, a deep chest, soft black ears and a sweet face.
Personality: Donnie is sweet, loving, and sensitive. He's housebroken, walks well on a leash, and knows lots of words including "ball," "breakfast," and "walk." Donnie is intelligent, affectionate, eager to please, and enthusiastic. He's learning to curb that enthusiasm when he meets new people and dogs. Donnie loves walks, belly rubs, and cuddling with his fosters. He is also able to amuse himself with a Kong or a bone. Donnie would be happiest in a home where people are around most of the day. A fenced yard would be ideal.
History: Donnie was abandoned and a Good Samaritan intercepted when he was on his way to being taken to a shelter.
