Physical Description: Red is a stunning, red-nosed Staffordshire Bull terrier. He has sleek, short red fur.

Personality: Red is a smaller guy with a BIG personality. He loves to run and play like a puppy, but when it comes to snuggling he settles right down. Red is 100% house trained and crate trained. Sweet and affectionate, he will give you plenty of kisses if you let him! He does well meeting dogs when done with a slow introduction.

Red is quiet and does very well indoors. He wants to please. Outside, Red is more of a "hike in the woods" than a "stroll in the neighborhood" dog. He is a physical, athletic dog who thrives on being active. He will leap into the air to catch a ball off the bounce. He loves car rides!

We aren't sure what his life was like before we found him, but the world seems to be a new and exciting place for Red. He meets new experiences with enthusiasm and curiosity. Red probably has not had much experience with walking on a leash until recently, but he's learning quickly. He is food-motivated, which makes him very trainable! Red will return any love he is given tenfold, and will be a loyal and loving companion.

History: Red was rescued from death row in a rural shelter.
